I am a very experienced technology professional with over 30 years in various tech roles including networks, infrastructure, software development and security. My technical leadership experience includes helping boards and executive teams to prioritise their critical deliverables and then build teams from scratch if necessary to achieve organisationally appropriate solutions. I have extensive personal technical experience delivering critical projects for clients across a broad range of technologies and industries. For the last 15 years I've been working mostly in architecture and leadership roles where cyber security was a primary consideration and often I was the only trained person to do the threat modelling and design reviews. I am trained in Sumo Logic SIEM & SOAR along with their observability solution and have experience implementing it for clients. I've recruited and led teams to rebuild bespoke software to meet strict privacy and compliance goals and worked with larger teams to build out cloud security infrastructure. My masters degree included the CISSP content but I haven't had a chance to finish the certification as yet.
